Intergenerational DRUMMM students, families and friends gathered at JCCSF on February 23rd to bring the class session to a close with a BANG. It was a spirited celebration of community through rhythm. Now in it's 4th season, the class is growing as people catch on to the joys and benefits of group drumming.
Some participants reported that they felt "revitalized" and "empowered" by the experience. Others stated that they enjoyed "the break from stress," "creating something with the group," and "the mind-body awareness" that the drumming fostered.
