Renew yourself in the company of women as we transition from Winter to Spring! Prepare to soothe, connect, and awaken the mind-body-spirit through rhythm, voice, and movement. We will drum, sing, dream, draw, dance, and walk the land of the beautiful Black Mountain Retreat Center in Cazadero, CA. Just 2 hours drive from S.F. Bay Area! In addition to leading us in embodied song, Francesca will offer yoga classes as part of our weekend together. Jeni will facilitate the funnest, most empowering drumming sessions you ever dared to experience AND lead us in creating our personal visions through the process of writing and collage!
Lovely accommodations, delicious vegetarian meals, hiking trails through forest and meadows await you! Bodywork sessions with the incomparable Jeannie McKenzie will also be available. Open to all levels of experience and creativity, this will be a safe and supportive environment in which to explore, play, discover, and nurture both inside and out.
